XOTA BREWING COMPANY BEERS
OSSIPEE MOUNTAIN PALE ALE
We named this beer to give thanks to the town I came from and has been so welcoming to us! This pale is a very balanced ale with a medium body. An easy drinker with notes of caramel and light bitterness.
Officium is definitely an easy drinker. Made for our hop lovers this beer was double dry-hopped and has a nice citrus aroma. Light bodied with heavy notes of tangerine is what you will get from the first sip to the last.
Looks like a pale ale but drinks like a stout. Full bodied and see through this beer will toy with your senses. Dosed with roasted cacao nibs, coffee beans and vanilla beans this beer gives you everything you love about stouts.
Named after one half of the XOTA duo, this beer has a beautiful red color, containing notes of caramel up front and ends with a nice subtle smoky flavor from the cherry wood smoked malt.
As a homage to a previous life this beer was named R.E.O. This double IPA was dry hopped with generous amounts of Amarillo and Centennial giving it a nice citrus flavor. Careful, the ABV doesn't match how smooth this is, this one may sneak up on you.
Remember all the tasty snacks growing up? Well, this beer is full cosmic brownies, cinnamon buns, ring dings and some other favorites. Made with lactose sugar this is a full bodied pastry stout that is sweet, but not to sweet with notes of chocolate and some light cinnamon.
This table beer checks in a 3% making it a perfect beer to have one after another while enjoying others company. Light bodied with notes of lemon and pepper and a crisp finish.
Maine Brewers Guild 2020 IPA
This IPA was a collaboration done with numerous Maine Breweries across the state. This is a reminiscent of a traditional NEIPA, is on the hazy side and has some nice pineapple flavors with a subtle note of resin.
