XOTA BREWING COMPANY BEERS
OSSIPEE MOUNTAIN PALE ALE
We named this beer to give thanks to the town I came from and has been so welcoming to us! This pale is a very balanced ale with a medium body. An easy drinker with notes of caramel and light bitterness.
Officium is definitely an easy drinker. Made for our hop lovers this beer was double dry-hopped and has a nice citrus aroma. Light bodied with heavy notes of tangerine is what you will get from the first sip to the last.
Just in time for summer is this crisp, dry and refreshing amber saison which was brewed with Blueberries giving it the majority of its color. The blueberries impart a very subtle flavor and adds a slight tartness and some earthy notes
A brown porter with notes of chocolate and toffee. The color of this beer is a deep brown bit this darker offering goes down smooth even on a warm summer day.
Named after one half of the XOTA duo, this beer has a beautiful red color, containing notes of caramel up front and ends with a nice subtle smoky flavor from the cherry wood smoked malt.
This is our Stab at a true English Extra Special Bitter with an American Twist. We used a combination of American Nugget and English Fuggles to balance out the English floor malted Maris Otter barley. Traditionally served warm and from a cask let this beer warm up to let it shine
As a homage to a previous life this beer was named R.E.O. This double IPA was dry hopped with generous amounts of Amarillo and Centennial giving it a nice citrus flavor. Careful, the ABV doesn't match how smooth this is, this one may sneak up on you.
This traditional cream ale is a clean, crisp American Style beer. You’ll get notes of sweet corn with a slightly floral, spicy hop backbone created from the use of the Willamette hop.
