XOTA BREWING COMPANY BEERS
OSSIPEE MOUNTAIN PALE ALE
We named this beer to give thanks to the town I came from and has been so welcoming to us! This pale is a very balanced ale with a medium body. An easy drinker with notes of caramel and light bitterness.
Officium is definitely an easy drinker. Made for our hop lovers this beer was double dry-hopped and has a nice citrus aroma. Light bodied with heavy notes of tangerine is what you will get from the first sip to the last.
A Belgian Tripel sure to even make the king of the elves a little tipsy. Weighing in at 10.1% ABV, this beer will give you notes of honey off the nose, with a full body and a nice dry finish. Served in house in 8 oz pours, and limited to 2 per person. Almien!
As the other half of the XOTA duo, this beer is a nod to this one's personality. A full-bodied stout with up front notes of coffee and chocolate and a smooth finish. This one can be enjoyed any time of day.
Named after one half of the XOTA duo, this beer has a beautiful red color, containing notes of caramel up front and ends with a nice subtle smoky flavor from the cherry wood smoked malt.
This traditional cream ale is a clean, crisp American Style beer. You’ll get notes of sweet corn with a slightly floral, spicy hop backbone created from the use of the Willamette hop.
Hull Lotta' Mellen
Not your standard IPA - using only Hüll Melon hops for flavor and aroma, along with a healthy dry hop gives this beer more melon and strawberry notes rather than you standard citrus flavors!
Biere De Travail
Belgian Style Grisette with a very light body and notes of cherry pie. Weighing in at 4.9% ABV this is an all day drinker. With a literal translation to "Working Beer”.
