XOTA BREWING COMPANY BEERS
OSSIPEE MOUNTAIN PALE ALE
We named this beer to give thanks to the town I came from and has been so welcoming to us! This pale is a very balanced ale with a medium body. An easy drinker with notes of caramel and light bitterness.
Officium is definitely an easy drinker. Made for our hop lovers this beer was double dry-hopped and has a nice citrus aroma. Light bodied with heavy notes of tangerine is what you will get from the first sip to the last.
Just in time for summer is this crisp, dry and refreshing amber saison which was brewed with Blueberries giving it the majority of its color. The blueberries impart a very subtle flavor and adds a slight tartness and some earthy notes
Through Dark Times
A smooth, rich, dark lager to help you through these dark times. You'll get notes of bread and a hint of chocolate from this malt forward beer. You may even think your sitting lakeside in the mountains of Bavaria.
Named after one half of the XOTA duo, this beer has a beautiful red color, containing notes of caramel up front and ends with a nice subtle smoky flavor from the cherry wood smoked malt.
This is our Stab at a true English Extra Special Bitter with an American Twist. We used a combination of American Nugget and English Fuggles to balance out the English floor malted Maris Otter barley. Traditionally served warm and from a cask let this beer warm up to let it shine
This SMaSH beer ended up naming itself. This fiery red IPA arose from the ashes of a brew day gone wrong. With a single base malt and loads of amarillo hops this beer will be sure to please with its orange and citrus flavors and aroma
This hazy NEIPA features two very intense hop varietals. Double dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Mosaic this beer will give you very distinct pineapple and lemon flavors.
