XOTA BREWING COMPANY BEERS
OSSIPEE MOUNTAIN PALE ALE
We named this beer to give thanks to the town I came from and has been so welcoming to us! This pale is a very balanced ale with a medium body. An easy drinker with notes of caramel and light bitterness.
Officium is definitely an easy drinker. Made for our hop lovers this beer was double dry-hopped and has a nice citrus aroma. Light bodied with heavy notes of tangerine is what you will get from the first sip to the last.
Super Cryo Smash
Created using only Golden Promise malts and Cryo Columbus hops this beer is reminiscent of
the west coast IPA’s of old. A subtle sweetness to start finishes with grapefruit and a noticeable bitter ending.
Wildflower is a Belgian Witbier that is steeped with chamomile & hibiscus flowers in the final steps of the brewing process. That is what gives this cloudy wheat beer its yellow/purple hue. The floral aroma and flavors on this beer make it great for a summer day on the patio.
Named after one half of the XOTA duo, this beer has a beautiful red color, containing notes of caramel up front and ends with a nice subtle smoky flavor from the cherry wood smoked malt.
This is our Stab at a true English Extra Special Bitter with an American Twist. We used a combination of American Nugget and Fuggles to balance out the English floor malted Maris Otter barley. Traditionally served warm and from a cask let this beer warm up to let it shine.
Shut it Down
This American IPA was double dry hopped with Strata. Heavy notes of passion fruit combined with a smooth body is reminiscent of a NEIPA without haze.
XOTA Vienna Style Lager
This bright lager has a moderate malt aroma from the Vienna malt as well as a nicely toasted character. The soft malt flavor finishes with a balanced bitterness as to avoid becoming too sweet.
A smooth, rich, dark lager to help you through these dark times. You'll get notes of bread and a hint of chocolate from this malt forward beer. You may even think your sitting lakeside in the mountains of Bavaria.
