XOTA BREWING COMPANY BEERS
OSSIPEE MOUNTAIN PALE ALE
We named this beer to give thanks to the town I came from and has been so welcoming to us! This pale is a very balanced ale with a medium body. An easy drinker with notes of caramel and light bitterness.
Officium is definitely an easy drinker. Made for our hop lovers this beer was double dry-hopped and has a nice citrus aroma. Light bodied with heavy notes of tangerine is what you will get from the first sip to the last.
Dolla Dolla Pils Y'All
A bright Pils to get us through these dark times. Brewed with traditional German malts and Michigan's take on a classic hop, Zuper Saazer this beer is crisp, clean and refreshing. Slightly earthy with notes of lemon and pepper on the back end.
This traditional cream ale is a clean, crisp American Style beer. You’ll get notes of sweet corn with a slightly floral, spicy hop backbone created from the use of noble hop saaz.
Named after one half of the XOTA duo, this beer has a beautiful red color, containing notes of caramel up front and ends with a nice subtle smoky flavor from the cherry wood smoked malt.
A brown porter with notes of chocolate and toffee. The color of this beer is a deep brown but this darker offering is smooth and enjoyable in any weather.
This SMaSH beer ended up naming itself. This fiery red IPA arose from the ashes of a brew day gone wrong. With a single base malt and loads of amarillo hops this beer will be sure to please with its orange and citrus flavors and aroma
As the other half of the XOTA duo, this beer is a nod to this one's personality. A full-bodied stout with up front notes of coffee and chocolate and a smooth finish. This one can be enjoyed any time of day.
