XOTA BREWING COMPANY BEERS
OSSIPEE MOUNTAIN PALE ALE
We named this beer to give thanks to the town I came from and has been so welcoming to us! This pale is a very balanced ale with a medium body. An easy drinker with notes of caramel and light bitterness.
OFFICIUM - Session IPA
Officium is definitely an easy drinker. Made for our hop lovers this beer was double dry-hopped and has a nice citrus aroma. Light bodied with heavy notes of tangerine is what you will get from the first sip to the last.
This is a Horchata inspired imperial stout. A full bodied sweet stout containing lactose with finishing notes of hot candy cinnamon.
Reminiscent of a New England style with no haze. Medium bodied with a great mouthfeel. Simcoe and Idaho 7 pairs very well to create a tropical/stone fruit flavor with little to no bitterness to finish.
Xavier - Smoked Red Ale
Named after one half of the XOTA duo, this beer has a beautiful red color, containing notes of caramel up front and ends with a nice subtle smoky flavor from the cherry wood smoked malt.
1908 at 721
Brewed in honor of one our favorite Kolsch’s Gaffel Kolsch founded in 1908. This tribute brings you a light malt backbone with a nice dry hop finish that make it an easy drinker for all occasions. Prost from the 721!
O'Brions Irish Stout
This 4.7% ABV beer is sure to please! Its roasty malt bill is complimented with the right amount of nugget hops to give this beer its delicate balance. Slainte!
Shut it Down
This American IPA was double dry hopped with Strata. Heavy notes of passion fruit combined with a smooth body is reminiscent of a NEIPA without haze.
Flava Dave! Key Lime Pie Sour
A very sour, sour! This beer packs a punch up front and the lactose dulls the finish slightly, letting the key lime and a hint of vanilla shine.
XOTA Hard Craft Seltzer - Pineapple or Blood Orange
