XOTA BREWING COMPANY BEERS
OSSIPEE MOUNTAIN PALE ALE
We named this beer to give thanks to the town I came from and has been so welcoming to us! This pale is a very balanced ale with a medium body. An easy drinker with notes of caramel and light bitterness.
Officium is definitely an easy drinker. Made for our hop lovers this beer was double dry-hopped and has a nice citrus aroma. Light bodied with heavy notes of tangerine is what you will get from the first sip to the last.
Reminiscent of a New England style with no haze. Medium bodied with a great mouthfeel. Simcoe and Idaho 7 pairs very well to create a tropical/stone fruit flavor with little to no bitterness to finish.
As the other half of the XOTA duo, this beer is a nod to this one's personality. A full-bodied stout with up front notes of coffee and chocolate and a smooth finish. This one can be enjoyed any time of day.
Named after one half of the XOTA duo, this beer has a beautiful red color, containing notes of caramel up front and ends with a nice subtle smoky flavor from the cherry wood smoked malt.
This traditional cream ale is a clean, crisp American Style beer. You’ll get notes of sweet corn with a slightly floral, spicy hop backbone created from the use of the Willamette hop.
A traditional Bavarian Marzen, deep amber in color with notes of sweet malt, caramel, and candy. Accompanied by a light bitterness and light carbonation. Zicke Zacke, Zicke Zacke hoi hoi hoi Prost!
A Wee Bit Moore
This Scottish Ale is known for its malty sweetness, low bitterness, and a aroma of caramel, biscuit, and plum. Sneaky strong we'll give you a wee bit, but you'll want more.
Dolla Dolla Pils Y'All
A traditional Czech Pilsner brewed with noble hops. Extremely well balanced this lager will bring be sure to please with a mild earthy/spice finish.
